The government has adopted an investment plan for loans from SAFE, and we will send it to the European Commission by 30 November. In early March, we should sign a debt agreement that finalises this full process. After it is signed, 15% of the amount we ask for will come to us in the form of advances – says Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czarnecka, Government Plenipotentiary for the Instrument for Enhancing Europe's safety (SAFE).
