On Wednesday, in the Presidential Palace, the fresh judges of the Constitutional Court were partially sworn in. president Karol Nawrocki decided to take a vow only from the elected persons designated by the Sejm, which immediately sparked political and legal responses. The case forms part of a long-standing dispute over the functioning of the Constitutional Court and its composition.
