Prosecutor Marek Wełna, who supervised the investigation into Polnord, including Roman Giertych, is leaving his position. "Rzeczpospolita" took a look behind the scenes of this amazing decision. The reason was supposedly differences of opinion on the audit of investigations during the PiS era. Our interlocutors propose that Prosecutor Wełna was against drawing specified extremist conclusions as Minister Adam Bodnar wanted.
