Maciej Berek is to be the fresh justice of the Constitutional Tribunal. That is why he resigned from the portfolio of a minister in Tusk's government

Berek may be elected as a justice of the Constitutional Tribunal by the Sejm in September. He will be the 8th justice of the Tribunal elected by the ruling Coalition. He will replace the defective justice double.
