The Pole finished in 3rd position with a time of 41,174 s. The Dutchman won before the host typical – both secured a promotion to the quarter-finals, which will take place in 2 days. I'm afraid it's st. scale. Michał Niewiński did not get a pass for further competition, which means that this was his last start at these games.

In the quarterfinals at 500 m in the Milano Forum, Poland will represent only Félix Pigeon, who finished second in the 4th qualifying run. Today's quarter-final run for 1000 m Gabriela Topolska took 5th place and did not advance to the semifinals.

St. Wide. Michał Niewiński competed present at the Milano Forum in the 4th competition. In the mixed relay – together with Pigeon, Natalia Maliszewskia and Kamila Sellier – the White-Reds finished the launch in the quarter-final phase. They were ranked ninth. In the 1000 m run Niewiński after a large run in the quarterfinals reached the final B and yet in the full classification finished ninth. At the distance of 1500 m, the typical of the CGM in the first quarterfinal finished sixth and thus failed to safe a promotion to the semi-finals.

Tomorrow, 3 soldiers will compete at the XXV Winter Olympics. They're going to be represented in the 4x7.5 km relay in the biathlon. In the typical 4 there will be: Wire Jan Guńka, Wire Marcin Zawol, Wire Konrad Badacz and Grzegorz Galica. 2 of the Central Military Sports squad biathlonists qualified after a sprinkling to run for the investigation. The 32nd place was taken by Guńka and the 43rd by the researcher. In Gunka's sprinkling was the 29th, Galica 37th, Explorer 57th and Zawół 69th.

On the another hand, in the individual run for 20 km, the youngest of them – 19-year-old Galica, who placed in 33rd position, was best suited to the Poles. The 43rd place was occupied by Zawół, 49th investigator and 61st Gun. In mixed relays, which inaugurated the start of the biathlonists, the White-Reds completed the competition in 9th place – with men in the Polish 4 experts: Badacz and Guńka.
