Łukoil announces a state of force majeure. Russians expelled from Iraq

Under the influence of US sanctions, the abroad “imperium” of Łukoil breaks down, extending to 11 countries – from Europe to Africa to the mediate East. The Iraqi authorities stopped all payments to the Russians. And Iraqi deposits are the largest oil stock of Łukoil abroad.
