Alaksandr Lukashenka announced the introduction of directional mobilization, which is to keep the Belarusian army in a state of combat readiness. Minsk argues that the armed forces request to be upgraded for land operations. However, Ukrainian services calm down, claiming that it is just "simulating activity" for the needs of Russia.
