Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko met with Russian president Vladimir Putin during a visit to Moscow. At a joint press conference, Lukashenko referred to the proposal for a ceasefire in Ukraine, emphasizing that Kiev would most likely not accept a ceasefire, although it could number on Moscow's refusal. According to him, the Russians now have "great advantages" in the negotiations.
