Belarusian leader Alaksandr Lukashenko met with Russian president Vladimir Putin during his visit to Moscow. At a joint press conference, Lukashenko referred to the proposal to suspend his arms in Ukraine, stressing that Kiev would most likely not accept the truce, although it could number on Moscow's refusal. According to him, the Russians now have "great assets" in negotiations.
