Lublin court presidents will stay in post despite deficiency of KRS approval

The Ministry of Justice has announced that judges Jerzy Nawrocki and Barbara du Château stay in their positions as president and vice-president of the Court of Appeals in Lublin despite having reached the age for retirement and lacking the consent of the National Council of the Judiciary to proceed holding the position of judge.
