LUBAWA president of the Management Board tends his resignations

LUBAWA S.A. announced that the president of the Management Board Marcin Kubica submitted to the president of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board of the Company his resignation from his function and his membership in the Management Board. The president will end up serving on the Board yet on July 16, 2023.
