Not only his views were first – continued Giedroyc – but besides a way of praising them, which I highly appreciate: succinctness and economy in formulating thoughts, without all the ornaments that are so characteristic of the writing of Poles – and not only them. It's a very uncommon quality. I consider the thought of ULB to be the most crucial component of his achievements. I am convinced that even as its creator Mieroszewski will take an crucial place in the past of Polish political thought.
Mieroszewski – the most crucial co-worker and partner of the political dialog of Giedroycia – published his first article “Floams of Boring” in “Kultura” in 1949, in a issue founded by Witold Malcużyński.
