4 p.m. – An introductory lecture “Why do cities request revolutionaries?” – Jan Spiewak, Energy Cities Association
5 p.m. – Debate ‘Bottom-up democracy. Is it possible in Poland after the election?to be attended by:

The gathering will be held Konrad Slippery-Kuchapski, coordinator of the Tertio Millennium Institute in Lublin.

WHY AND WHAT?
Democracy starts at the bottom – from the level of the municipality, district, settlement, town.

What condition is Polish local democracy in? What can you do to make the voice of the people heard better? How can social and active citizens combat self-government pathologies? What tool can each of us use? How does the citizens' resolution initiative work and how does the local referendum work? Why is it worth getting active in a democratic, pro-citizen change despite the logs being thrown at your feet?
