Mariusz Błaszczak is an example of a policy he achieved great power with amazingly small power of individual leadership.

He was head of the Ministry of Defence, Minister of Defence and Deputy Prime Minister, and yet for years he did not build his own charismatic position comparable to the rank of held positions.

His most crucial political capital seems not to be magnetism, originality or ability to make his own camp, but loyalty, predictability and long-term proximity to Jarosław Kaczyński.
