Press officer of the Municipal Police office in Łódź asp. Kamil Sowińska confirmed that a man who is suspected of utilizing weapons this morning at Gillette plant in Łódź was located and negotiations with him continue.
There's a large police force at the scene, and there's an anti-terrorism sub-unit. The area of Nowy Józefów in Łódź, where the plant is located, was surrounded by policemen.
The police have determined the whereabouts of the fishy and are negotiating with him. However, the police do not supply information either about the location where the incidental occurred or about the number of shots fired. Nor does it mention the hypothetical motive for the perpetrator.
