Local governments will weigh the garbage and increase fees. Higher rates due to non-segregation

The Ministry of Climate and Environment has prepared a law that will give local governments fresh opportunities to increase fees for garbage collection. The proposed act will let for differentiation of fees based on the weight and quality of segregation - we read in the justification. Higher fees will be able to be imposed on households regardless of the number of inhabitants.
