Local government on the front line; what does a real cyber-crisis look like in local government; how to plan spaces that are resilient to crises and threats; and is over-regulation a real barrier to crisis management? These issues, among others, were the subject of discussions held as part of the "Safe Local Governments" Expert Conference, part of a program to build the resilience of cities and regions.
