Lithuania is betting on cluster ammunition. Key decision [COMMENTARY]

The Ministry of Defence of Lithuania announced a plan to retreat from the Oslo Convention, which prohibits the possession and usage of cluster ammunition. The initiative has already been supported by president Gitanas Nausėda and the Lithuanian Government.
