Lithuania is breaking a record. 500 U.S. armored vehicles

[Lithuania in October 2022](https://defence24.pl/defence-policy/litwa-buys-hunts-jltv) signed an agreement to acquisition an additional 300 multi-purpose tactical vehicles JLTV. This marked an increase in the mark fleet of these vehicles by Vilnius to 500 units. Earlier, due to the fact that in 2019, 200 units were purchased, which [deliveries completed in December 2023](https://defence24.pl/power-arms/Lithuanian-pegasy-received). The transfer of JLTV from the fresh contract began [in March 2024](https://defence24.pl/power-arms/litwa-receipt-rail-jltv), with the largest transportation counting [more than 150 wagons](https://defence24.pl/power-arms/litwa-receipt-rail-partie-jltv) taking place in August of the same year.
