Lithuanian commander assures: The Americans are on their way

The Commander of the Lithuanian Armed Forces, Raimundas Vaikšnoras, confirmed last Wednesday (August 26) on Lithuanian TV3 that the rotation of U.S. troops in the country is proceeding as planned—despite insignificant delays. The U.S. troops who have left their bases in Lithuania will be replaced by fresh ones.
