After the fall of a Russian rocket on the territory of Polish, NATO should not halt at declarations of solidarity, believes the head of Lithuanian diplomacy Kestutis Budrys. In his opinion, the Alliance should increase its military presence on the east flank and send a much stronger signal to Moscow.
