Lithuania will consistently invest in reservists

Lithuania focuses on strengthening the personnel reserve strategy of its armed forces, recognizing that in addition to hardware changes in the military, a consistent and fundamental change of view of the function of reservists must be made. All in order to best adapt the country's defence strategy to fresh challenges. And to put it openly, the thought is that the Lithuanian military can rapidly transform from peacetime activity to readiness to repulse an attack on the country.
