Lithuania is investing in the arms industry. There will be more shells for artillery

Vilnius will invest almost €11.2 million in the expansion of the Giraites arms factory, which will double its production capacity. In the mediate of the year, the government signed a contract with Germany's Rheinmetall to build fresh ammunition plants, and in September with U.S. defence technology giant Northrop Grumman global Trading.
