Lithuania buys storm bridges on Leopards 2

The value of the signed contract between the Ministry of Defence of Lithuania and the German company KNDS Deutschland amounts to about EUR 210 million and consists of 12 Leguan assault bridges together with bridge bays, training package, spare parts supply and service services. Each bridge will have 1 bay of 26 metres long and 2 14 metres long, giving greater flexibility to the Lithuanian army.
