• ProActiv, Flora, Rama, Kasia, Delma like most margarines and vegetable fats do not contain partially hardened vegetable oils – there are no harmful trans fats.
• Margarines can be the origin of essential unsaturated fatty acids, including omega-3 (rape oil, linseed), vitamins A, D, E and plant sterols, which lower cholesterol levels.
• Trans fats are present in dairy products, meats and are formed during advanced temperature treatment – they cannot be completely eliminated from the diet.
In the wake of pseudo-scientific information disseminated especially on social media, we urge Readers and Journalists to usage reliable sources based on investigation and nutrition guidelines:
• isomers.pzh.gov.pl – trans isomers in food products by the National Institute of Public wellness PZH
• Dobratluszcze.pl – educational portal run by the Polish Federation of Food Manufacturers and Polish Dietetics Society.
Special attention should be given to the position of the National Institute of Public wellness of PZH and the National Centre for Food Education, which published dietary recommendations for people with hypertension. https://ncez.pzh. gov.pl/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/E-book-Recommendations-living-in-overpressure-telecommunications.pdf. We read there, among others:
• It is recommended that people with hypertension consume soft margarine 3 times a day.
• Main recommendations: replacing saturated (animal) fats with unsaturated (plant) fats, including margarine, rapeseed oil, flax, olive oil.
• Vegetable fats and soft margarines are a valued origin of unsaturated fatty acids.

How much work and how much time off

In these industries, AI can't truly do people any good. We can't – and we most likely won't be able to – ask the GPT Chat to cook us dinner or even fry the simplest scramble. Not to mention making a hotel bed. Poland was 1 of the first European countries where paid leave was guaranteed. On May 16, 1922, the Act on leave for workers employed in manufacture and trade was passed. The vacations were shorter than today, for only fourteen days, but this was an epochal solution.
But possibly a shorter working week is an chance for pensioners to extend their activity or even return to part-time work? Deep changes in labour law and taxation solutions would be needed. A recipe for happiness
Hello! I know it's an inappropriate welcome, but accepted, so let's keep it that way. I'm a happy man! How frequently do you hear, faithful readers of ANGORA, this confession? (Honey, forgive me, but this time it's not about you!) If you don't mind, I'd like to sale you a recipe for a happy life...
Are you saying that's impossible these days? I'll prove you can. But first, I'll correct my earlier statement. I am happy to give you this recipe for free! I'm aware that most of the time, specified farts like this tend to put all the fairies and fortune-tellers on the naives, and I'm not a fortune-teller or a fairy. My happiness is that from June 1st this year, not once, I have given the word scout (the old one), I have not seen any: “Facts”, “News”, TVN24, Polsatu, defend God's Republic and all specified programs! I'm very happy! erstwhile a large singer, my wife loves her more than I do (a joke!), she sang: “...Nothing can last forever, which destiny has sent down, will should be lost...”. I had a dream too. Was he just as beautiful? Assess, you, alone. Well, I dreamt 1 night... And in that dream, I imagined our independency Day was coming. The feast I, as 1 to a 100 years old, dreamed of forever. I dedicate this letter to all those whose straw comes out of their shoes. All those from the east and the west, from the south and the north, all those who make our large Republic fall.
Thank you, fellow countrymen, you are truly great! Your children and grandchildren will undoubtedly thank you for this. And reasoning truly doesn't hurt. Just think about it. Your (not my!) president is simply a man who failed to account for acts considered criminal. Who are you who voted for this man, and thus for his deeds...? I am officially accusing the president of the Holy Republic of: participation in the setups – where people (the hooligan is besides a man), the taking of property (the apartment/a), racism, forcing certain behaviour, fraud and respective others about whom it was loud, but... stopped. I do not give circumstantial paragraphs on intent to force the voters of the president to find, read and analyse the explanation of the criminal law in force in Poland.
Will they? I dare uncertainty it. But the choice is theirs! All my people would spend years in prison for 1 of these crimes. I know that my voice does not mean anything, that it is the voice of the 1 crying in the wilderness, but if not me, not us – then who? Besides, I don't have adequate left to be scared! To greet all average readers of ANGORA, I apologize to those whom I inadvertently offended. I didn't mean to, and that's not the intent of my letter. If I were younger or if I didn't gotta live on a modest retirement pension, believe me, I'm leaving our country that I love more than my life tomorrow, and I'm never coming back here again.
I could even live in a motorhome that unfortunately we can't afford. And 1 more thing I can promise. Living, hypothetically, somewhere in the world, I'll never take part in the election. I believe that individual who has left our country has no right to decide the destiny of its rightful inhabitants. End of story! The last promise – ANGORA will always be with me! Stupidity and cowardice
...are features in the EU bottomless. I realize Trump; he's an archdiocre who wants to be a Putin of the United States. But Europe? It is adequate to scope 1933 – 1939 and either Putin's Russia will endure defeat and return to the borders of 31.12.2013, or "Monachium II" and the 3rd planet War. The analogies are screaming!
I am writing this text before the possible gathering of Trump with Putin in Budapest, and so possible, due to the fact that I already know the whims of not only Trump, but besides of his full administration, including the press spokesman, the gathering may either be postponed in time or it will not happen at Putin's request (...). Today's time can be compared to 1936 – 1938, due to the fact that analogs scream. At the time, no 1 said it was essential to unite to destruct Hitler's regime. The decision-makers hoped that if Hitler could do anything else, or made any concessions, he would calm down. They said the Germans were so big, people chose him, why interfere and destruct him? What did it end with? We know.
Today Putin doesn't even request to be provoked. If he tries to hit, he will, whenever he wants, and whoever he wants – thanks to Trump. What are Europe's weaknesses and analogies from those years today? In very many European countries, it is becoming increasingly hard to convince voters that we must fight for global institutions, invest in defence (e.g. Spain), not to mention respect for human rights and how we have the regulation of law. Who else? From Meloni, Italy, to which Trump drools? With Nawrock here anointed by Kaczyński? AfD in Germany? Le Pen, France? Fico, Slovakia? Unfortunately.
We are following the footsteps of the predecessors of the 1930s in Europe. There's no unity. The declarations of individual politicians, the little significant, enigmatic assurances of more crucial cohesion, do nothing. If everyone gets together and says that Putin's Russia is evil, and by the way they will destruct everyone, I repeat all object that crosses the border of the air, sea and land associate of NATO, then Putin can only then wonder if it is worth it – due to the fact that the war in Ukraine is besides our war.
