Once, possibly twice a year, the authorities organize any events for the festival, for example, and then you can see this hunger for fun. All of them. I asked my firemen friends who were having fun 15 years ago: what happened? Why did the country dances that were behind the PRL and even during the business abruptly disappear? Answer – it is the responsibility of the laws and requirements introduced in the act on mass events.
