The assumptions of the future "Reestablishment of Constitutional Order" were put on the site of X by the Deputy Minister of Justice, justice Dariusz Mazur. As he explained, the intent of the changes is "to heal the position of defective judges". The future law is intended to regulate the position of judges, i.e. 3,000 persons appointed to courts from 2018 at the request of the National Judiciary Council. The assumptions of the task show that the ministry wants to legally remove judges from existing positions. Those who were judges before will return to their old places.
