Liquidation of the CBA. There is simply a fresh date

The Central Anti-Corruption Bureau is to cease to be on May 1, 2026. This is according to the latest draft law, which the government has just placed on the website of the Government government Centre. The government is postponing the date of liquidation of the CBA, previously planned for July 1, 2025, most likely due to the opposition of president Andrzej Duda. The task assumes the transfer of the tasks of the Bureau to the Police, the interior safety Agency and the National taxation Administration, dividing both the posts and the budget between these institutions.
