So let's go through the timeline. Lindsey took off from Dulles global Airport around 07:00 local time on July 9th — flight from Dulles to Warsaw takes 9 hours. He boarded a night train that left Warsaw at 18:15 local time on 9 July and arrived in Kiev between 09:45 and 10:45 local time on 10 July.
Lindsey Graham arrives in Kiev at 11:00 on Friday morning. He meets Zelenski and visits the drone factory. Then we gotta believe that he returns to Washington after spending little than 24 hours on site. Again I think this is bullshit!!
The earliest return train to Warsaw departs from Kiev-Pasazzyrski o hours 07:40–08:00 11 day and arrives on Main manufacture in the afternoon (~17:00–18:00). It's at least 9 hours. That would mean about 1,100 hours in Washington, DC. say he has an hr to scope the airport, and the plane takes off locally from Poland, which is 12:00 in Washington. It takes 10 hours to fly west... This means that the earliest possible landing of the aircraft on Dulles is 22:00, 11 December. That's 2.5 hours after Graham supposedly died at home.

In order for Senator Graham to scope home by 8:00 p.m. locally in Washington, he would gotta leave Kiev at 07:00 local time in Ukraine. I couldn't find any timetable to show a train leaving Kiev at this time of night.
