While another installment of the Polish-Polish war was taking place in Poland's most crucial legislative institution, the Polish Sejm, and while politicians' private grudges were dominating the debate on Polish subjectivity and security, the withdrawal of American troops from Polish territory was taking place quietly and without much fanfare.
