For years, its own well has been associated with full freedom, free water, without bills and without restrictions. In the meantime, the existing government says otherwise. It turns out that the amount of water that can be taken from your own well is limited, and exceeding the limit can consequence in severe financial penalties, reaching up to PLN 100 thousand. And that's not a theory, due to the fact that specified cases have already happened.
