Leaders of the Future

The leaders of the future will meet in Warsaw. The Women on Boards Club hosts a Women Leaders conference. The conference will be opened and attended by Senator Adam Szejnfeld, honorary associate of the WoB, the creator of a website devoted to women's affairs, organizer of many nationwide conferences on equality between women and men organised in Warsaw and Toruń.

On 4 July 2025 a conference will be held at the Palace of the Republic of Poland, the office of the National Library in Warsaw. Women Leaders, organized by the Women on Boards club. This nationwide event aims to advance equality in access to managerial positions and to support women in building a leading position in the planet of business, administration and social organizations.

The programme of the conference was divided into 2 parts: workshop and conference. Morning block under name Personal Branding Event will focus on applicable aspects of building a individual brand. Participants and participants will participate in workshops led by experts and experts in the field of communication, image, media and fresh technologies. The meetings will be conducted by Justyna Adamczyk from JMA Consulting and Marcin Banaszkiewicz from MyLogo. The latest AI tools supporting individual and professional improvement will besides be presented, and Aleksandra Smyczyńska of E.He of the leading energy company will tell how to build credibility and authority in the function of leader.

The conference part will start this afternoon. The beginning speech will be given by Katarzyna Ostend, manager of the National Library at the Palace of the Republic, and the beginning ceremony will be performed by Senator Adam Szejnfeld. An crucial point of the program will be the presentation of the Women on Boards Club advice for the Ministry of State Acts, prepared by Kamila Król and Marta Rosiecka, chair of the Committees.

A discussion panel entitled "From Declaration to Action – Effective strategies to support women in management positions". The debate will be attended by Senator Adam Szejnfeld, Ewa Urbaniak (Vice-President McCormick Polska), Kamila Cichocka (Director of Marketing in Microsoft), Irena Pichola (President of the Management Board of Artha Consulting Network) and Sylvia Buźniak (Vice-President of the Energy marketplace Agency). The discussion will be chaired by Karolina Motylevska of the WP Group.

At the end of the event, Women on Boards award ceremony, awarded for actions to empower women on boards and supervisory boards. This year, the winners will be Agnieszka Okonska (PES), Magdalena Bezulska (VEOLIA term) and Iva Georgijew (Deloitte).

The conference will end with a guided tour of the Palace of the Republic of Poland – it is besides an chance to talk and make valuable contacts.

Women Leaders is an event aimed at leaders, leaders, managers, representatives of administration, media and all those curious in building equality in business and public life.
