What is missing from Polish politics?
– First of all, leaders. Authentic, actual, who do not build their position based on emotions, but based on their own experience and professionalism. Leaders capable of cooperation, building a creative team, and at the same time those who have the courage to take work for strategical reforms, not just state management. In my opinion, what today's leaders represent is simply a denial of leadership.
- Critical words.
– But whether Jarosław Kaczyński creates leaders, liable people, or only those who, in 1 way or another, most frequently unethical, aim only to gain power and benefit. I don't think that's the function of an authentic leader. His ability to form a group of people to win elections is rather a skill, but it is not a real leadership.
What about the leader of the Civic Platform?
– I don't think there's any area in his organization for people who might endanger him. Donald Tusk's leadership form is dominant.
