Lebanon: Government banned Iranian muslim Revolutionary defender Corps

The Government of Lebanon introduced a complete ban on activities in the territory of the Iranian muslim Revolutionary defender Corps (IRGC) on Thursday," informed the AFP agency. Meanwhile, the Israeli army warned against attacking the confederate suburbs of the Lebanon capital – Beirut and called for evacuation.

The Ministry of Information of Lebanon has stated that, in accordance with the regulations introduced today, the specified presence of IRGC members in the country will be the basis for arrest. It besides announced the deportation to Iran of all persons who belong to this organization.

The Lebanese authorities reported that at least 77 people had died since Israel and the United States started last Saturday against Iran in Lebanon. They were all victims of Israeli shelling the alleged terrorist positions of the Hezbollah group, which is an ally of Iran, and which is stationed in the confederate part of Lebanon.

Also today, the Israeli army issued an evacuation order for all residents of the confederate suburb of Beirut. The Times of Israel portal stressed that the erstwhile calls for evacuation in or around Beirut afraid circumstantial buildings that were later attacked by the Israeli army. The current decree covers 4 districts located in the confederate suburbs of the city.
