72 people have died since Monday in Israeli attacks in Lebanon; these attacks have forced over 83,000 people to leave their homes," the Lebanese authorities reported today.

According to the Lebanese Ministry of Health, 437 people were injured in Israel's attacks. The Ministry of Social Affairs of Lebanon stated that 83,847 people who left their homes were officially registered at exile centres.

The UN Interim Armed Forces Mission in Lebanon (UNIFIL) present reported that Israeli forces had already entered respective towns and border villages specified as Hula, Kafar Kila, Jarun and Al-Chijam.

Israel is leading an offensive in Lebanon against Iran-supported Hezbollah, who joined the US and Israel-launched 28 February war, sidering Tehran.

Israel's armed forces reported that in full Israeli troops attacked more than 250 targets in Lebanon. As reported, targets in this country included high-ranking members of terrorist organizations, rocket launchers, weapons depots, and Hezbollah office and another terrorist groups.
