The president of the Republic of Poland, Karol Nawrocki, has signed an amendment to the Sports Act, which assumes the exclusion of sports fields or skate parks from the application of sound standards. The amendment is called Lex Puławy. due to the fact that it was the mayor of this city in the Lublin region who was ready to go to prison for 5 days, so that the municipality would not gotta pay a fine for making the school eagle available to everyone who wanted to do it, besides outside of classes. The dispute dates back to 2018 and the complaints of a married couple who complained about noises from the pitch.
