“Why roads are a deadly trap”

I have, I think, as 1 of the many, serious interests of the government, this side of life, which regular causes death in a country that does not wage war. “Why are roads a deadly trap?” he asks in the title of the article ed. I am counting on uncovering a panacea for 2 main causes of accidents in Poland, i.e. excessive velocity and continued priority. And since the patho-driver squad has not yet closed the catalogue of proposed changes, I have a fewer proposals to make. I first mention to the announcement of work on the introduction of the concept of "road killing" into the Code in relation to 5 circumstances, including: "the perpetrator of a fatal accident which drove a vehicle in a built-up area at least twice the velocity allowed".
In my view, the above highly dangerous circumstances would besides be the concept of "an effort at road murder" in the code. The second proposal is to include perpetrators of road self-judgment behaviour in the form of violent (after overtaking and driving) braking of the vehicle in front of a driving vehicle in the rear; stopping the vehicle and leaving the vehicle in order to ‘provide its rations’ to the blocked driver and thus obstructing or preventing another drivers from driving. The 3rd proposal is related to the author's broadly described powerlessness towards the driver driving the vehicle despite a judicial ban. In my opinion, as an antidote to stupidity, it would be possible to foretell in the mandatory code, an immediate ride with the “smart” behind bars to prison, where he could anticipate a court conviction in the form of an absolute prison. The 4th proposal is to bind the perpetrator of the accident: a life work to treat and rehabilitate the victim; a maintenance work to the spouse and children of the victim of the accident, for failure of the origin of income that the deceased or mutilated host family.
Only draconian penalties, specified as the confiscation of a vehicle by a drunk accident perpetrator or the sight of friends paying for the punishment and giving the last money to the victims' family, are able to force us, Polish drivers, to consider complying with traffic rules. Being friends for years with “Angora”, I would like to compose a fewer words about safety present – a word changed by all cases by politicians and the media. Reason? There's a cruel war going on thousands of miles distant and Putin's threats are multiplying. Our power rightly learns from this and develops the civilian Protection and civilian Protection Act and the Cybersecurity Act. Neglected shelters and hiding places have been illustrated, methods have been introduced to alert the population against threats utilizing electronic systems (SMSs sent to cells).
The question is: How can individual safety be pursued? In my opinion, an informant should be developed and released, which was developed in Sweden and distributed to citizens. What should it contain? But it would be worth considering whether to introduce 2 fresh medical concepts and 1 general 1 into the Polish dictionary. Rules, but won't there be acids?
