This year's reception was unique – not only summed up more than 25 years of Leviathan's existence, but besides opened a fresh chapter in the organization's history. The General Assembly was held before noon, during which a fresh 1 was elected Main Council and Management Board Confederate Leviathan for another term.
The guests of the gathering were, among others, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk, Minister of improvement and Technology Krzysztof Paszyk, associate Jacek Karnowski, Undersecretary of State in KPRM Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czarnecka, Deputy Minister of Education Katarzyna Lubnauer, erstwhile Prime Minister Jerzy Buzek.
Dr. Henry Bochniarz: We are the voice of business
Today's general assembly, which is average in the operation of any institution like ours, is highly emotional to me, due to the fact that this is the closure of my formal functioning in Leviathan. The process of succession is difficult, and to say to myself that the organization that I created with a group of fantastic people should become independent and go under another managements is not that simple. 6 years ago, we entered in the statute that we had 2 word of 3 years, which meant that after 6 years as president of the General Council, I would finish formally and another president of the organization would be elected is for all of us to learn how to go through this time so that on the 1 hand there would be a continuation, and on the another hand, in order to reduce the hazard of external problems, as much as possible, of their impact," said Dr. Henryk Bochniarz.
As she stressed, “we are the voice of business, private, due to the fact that I remind you that our first name was the Confederation of Private Employers Leviathan. She besides added that the pro-European character of Leviathan was very strong, and reminded that the organisation was fighting to enter BusinessEurope.
We will have something to do, but we are ready for it, we will fight for our place in the European Union. From the beginning, we have focused on dialogue, but not facade, but authentic, we have managed to build relations and we must usage all place to build dialogue. I hope that we will be able to revamp the RDS Act – added Dr. Henryk Bochniarz.
She besides pointed out that deregulation is an highly crucial matter,... and the Leviathan authorities believe that this must be a ‘systemic solution that will make us full in control of what rules are introduced, which request to be revised, removed’.
Manifesto Leviathan 2025
Confederate Leviathan besides announced Manifesto Where are we going? – a paper setting out the key directions for the organisation’s activities in the coming years. It stresses that we will proceed "to search strong Poland in the EU and internationally, build strong and effective social dialogue, support economical deregulation, strengthen (our) professional expertise."

In a peculiar edition of the “Contact School”, prepared for the community of Leviathan sympathizers, the more than quarter-century engagement of Dr. Henrykka Bochniarz – the founder and long-term leader of Leviathan, whose activities and consequences formed an organization which present is the voice of Polish business in Poland and abroad.
New Leviathan authorities
Earlier on June 26, fresh authorities were elected at the Bristol Hotel in Warsaw – Main Council and the Board of the Confederation of Leviathan. The president of the Leviathan became Marek GórskiPresident Maciej Witucki has been elected Chairman of the General Council, and Dr. Henry Bochniarz received the title of founding president of Leviathan.
