The effectiveness of this mechanics is to be assessed by the applicable authority. Platforms that have not introduced verification systems will be included in the central register. For failure to comply with the work will be threatened by the blocking of certain websites by net providers and cutting off access to payment services.

In early September, representatives of the Citizens' Legislative Initiative Committee requested the registration of the Committee in the Sejm.
