The increasing Polish military chopper fleet requires an effective training system, and this is the same issue as the training process as the method resources for its implementation, but besides the industrial capacity in the country, thanks to which the full training strategy can be based on permanent and independent foundations. In Poland there is all the resources to complete this task, while guaranteeing independence, flexibility and scalability and a short, economically viable and safe supply chain centered around PZL-Świdnik. The 100-year-old Military Academy in Dęblin has all the assets to further make its own competences based on national resources.
