Leonardo takes over Iveco. Rheinmetall is impatient

Leonardo announced the completion of the process of taking over the defence department of the Iveco Group (brands IDV and ASTRA) for EUR 1.6 billion, in line with the agreed value of the company amounting to EUR 1.7 billion little agreed contractual adjustments. The transaction was financed from own resources.
