The Lublin Court of Appeal retained the conviction of the Radom territory Court convicting a gynecologist for 1 year of imprisonment in suspension for 3 years. The doctor must besides pay PLN 6,000 to the State Treasury for the costs of proceedings - informs Ordo Iuris.
