Work on the draft UD213 wellness Protection Act against the consequences of tobacco and tobacco products, commonly referred to as the Tobacco Act, is entering a decisive phase. Although the Ministry of wellness declares a fight for public wellness and youth protection, the marketplace and farmers are alarming. Together with Kamil Moskwik, an expert in the analysis of regulated markets, we wonder if throwing out a baby with a bath has not become a fresh legislative method.
