"Russia is ready to negotiate, but the war will only end if the results of the talks are satisfactory to us" - stated hard on Monday in Ankara the head of the Russian MFA Sergei Lavrov. The words came on the 3rd anniversary of the full-scale war in Ukraine caused by the Kremlin.
