Another act of judicial anarchy in Poland. Composed of people associated with the Committee for the defence of Democracy, the ultimate Court Judicial Council considers that the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the ultimate Court is not entitled to regulation on the validity of presidential elections.
