Lawlessness above everything?

With the appointment of the “government” of Tusk (de facto collecting caricature and incompetent characters) it turned out abruptly that law and regulation of law did not be for this coalition of 8 stars. In 35 years after the alleged fall of communism and the Polish People's Republic we see that the III of Poland has not become a state of law, and even the contrary, due to the fact that it has taken from the Polish People's Republic so many anti-democratic designs and bad customs of old people, that we can safely consider it a state of lawlessness, which wakes up again under the baton of the “premier” Tusk and his pack, including Holownia and Czarzaste. And which anti-democratic tendencies already revealed between 2008 and 2914. Only the years 2015-2023 brought attempts to clean up this molded PRL of Poland, but unfortunately the efforts of the PiS in this field inhibited the President's fatal veto in 2017 and this in a unusual grotesque way, as it exposed the suggestions of Mrs Romaszewski, who had no legal education. So 8 years of Andrzej Duda's presidency, a doctor of law, almost for nothing. And it is at the beginning of the “government” of the coalition of 8 stars, fueled by evil energy and blind hatred of the peers for “people of conscience” from the Law and Justice. The Law and Justice were guided by respect for the law besides mildly, as he believed that it was a adequate colonel in the state structures. Unfortunately, not in the structures of the state yet ill, due to the fact that the privileged castes of judges and prosecutors with the stigma of the Polish People's Republic, though fewer ranks of independent people grew slowly. But they were helpless against the dominance of the castes. The situation is dramatic and is well illustrated by Mada's comment on the entry “Tusk and Sienkiewicz did not anticipate to wake the giant” (December 30, 2023): “Poland is gone and there will be no Polish courts and Polish judges. A state not operating under existing law is just a shapeless gathering of random people.” May the President, the Doctor of Law, read it, due to the fact that it may give him good will to act in the face of the flood—as he himself described it—the habits of Stalinism or complete contempt for the rights and negation of the regulation of law. Recently, Tusk challenged the state of law with this arrogant dictum: “We will follow the law as we realize it...” Unheard of in this sentence, there is contempt for the regulation of law, but it is simply a value in the 3rd Republic almost unknown, since any discussions about it were frozen at the circular table. And the justice caste – in the opinion of president Strzembosz – was to settle for itself from the past of the Polish People's Republic...! They didn't settle at all. And a fewer real prosecutors were quietly deprived of the right to analyse if, like Prosecutor Witkowski, they got besides close to Kiszczak's individual in the execution of Father George... The case was so swept under the carpet, which is proof adequate that the III of Poland had not yet been created, contrary to the loud declarations of the peers triumphing in 1989. What a pity that Solidarity broke the walls erstwhile PZPR gathered their rubble and made them the foundation for a circular table! And there he did not let Poles to resurrect their country ruined by Germans and Soviets in 1939! Thus, announcing urbi et orbi the emergence of the 3rd Polish Republic was an empty phrase, while defining it as a state of law a pyramidal lie. The regulation of law only fought for the Pistol, but the peers cared for lawlessness - or with the President, their silent ally? For he besides vetoed the degradation bill, which was wisely pointed out to him by Andrzej Stara ("Degradation is simply a substance of honor", Gazeta Polska, 11.4.2018). The regulation of law level was very low in the Polish People's Republic and the Stalinism was zero. After 1956, he was added a fewer drops of thaw to “reliable” Gomulka However, there was a primitive regulation that the explanation of the law belongs to the Communist party, and its scope is entirely arbitrary. After 1989, imposing a thick line policy on Poles and blocking the mirrors caused the 3rd Republic of Poland to take over this "devolution" (or, as anyone prefers, "flexibility" of the law!) and it was inactive a reliable tool of free dominance of peers. The courts ruled their case the way they thought, even the evident evidence of collaboration was ignored due to the fact that the mirrors were taboo. The case of president Kwasniewski's case, which was accused in the Sejm (September 14, 2000) by the head of the State Protection Office, Janusz Pałbicki, was a clear proof of lawlessness in this area, that he was recorded in MMA papers as a secret associate of "Alek" at number 72204 – and what? There were no consequences, the mirror court dismissed the case! And president Kwasniewski was inactive very keen to engage in the defence of Józef Oleksi a.k.a. “Olina”, a fishy of contact with a Russian spy. This period of the 3rd of the Polish Republic was most likely the apogee of the swamp deepened by the bluntness of the mirrors and large conjugation of the courts. Tusk prepares for an anti-democratic trial with the PiS and with a wider patriot camp. This would be a return to the PRL in the worst possible scenario, and this can be compared to the post-war situation erstwhile Governors Stalin demolished the pre-war regulation of law. At present, Tusk's agent is demolishing any regulation of law on behalf of EU Commissioners, as national states are not to have their own justice systems according to Brussels and Berlin. Tusk with a coalition of 8 stars wants to regulation not by means of laws, but by ...sudden, i.e. as if "decrees" (martial law methods), and this goes hand in hand with the widespread demolition of democracy. The attack on free media is symptomatic, and Lieutenant Colonel Putin – as Prof. Grochmalski noted – besides started with the dismantling of the media, so Lt. Colonel Sienkiewicz follows his lead, due to the fact that Tusk dreams of a media monopoly as in PRL. possibly he wants to close the papers and jam the radio stations. The size of this cynical schizophrenia is besides illustrated by the CBA cassata and the attack on its workers fighting corruption. Donald Tusk and his service of the eight-star coalition seem to want to surpass the totalizm of the Orwell system, described in “1984” so that democracy does not accidentally remove the relics of the IIIRP-poisoning PRL.

In ending this sad panorama of the fall of the regulation of law as an "government" of 8 star paranoia, it would be worth adding, and what Leszek Sosnowski described in the "Exemption of the Right" (Inscription, No. 12 / 2023), however, the discussion of his long article will not fit in this column. It is besides better to read the author's wise analysis and advice in person, and I hope that people from the leadership of the Law and Justice Service will do so. However, I would like to mention that Mr Sosnowski has raised scandalous "courtsuits against Prof. W. Roszkowski and the White Kruk publishing house, to replace yet not established as a separate censorship office. If there is no specified office, then let the courts forbid them from publishing illegal books – that is the concept of liberals and left-wings, who have just been allowed to search power..." (p.5). Well, it turns out that left-wing and “liberals” fear fact and Poles, hence their thoughts of censorship, but like to harass authors and publishers with lawsuits alternatively than become celebrated as “killers” of democracy by setting up an office of censorship. They pretend to be democrats, although EU standards of democracy are evolving downwards, and in general EU democracy is purging into a reasonably suspicious system. And will national states accept its fresh criteria? This will prove to be the case, and there are expected to be any "subtle" blackmails – but will they be stronger than independence? In addition, erstwhile the importance of rights and democracy falls in the EU, these phenomena are not seen with euphoria either within the IIIRP. And it was the explanation of rights and democracy in Tusk's edition and his corrupt mob that took the Orwellian hue, as well as the eight-star schizophrenic. This is seen by all, including the President, who has already indicated what the actions of the Tusk ministers are illegal and violate the constitution. The President's office is so a barometer of the coming storm and should find how to install a lightning rod, defending the democracy which the president himself erstwhile inadvertently weakened by vetoing the right and essential improvement of the Polish Republic. Behind Tusk sprouts lawlessness “more than everything”, but it is the work of the doctor of rights to make Poland a state of law. Meanwhile, demonstrations are held throughout Poland in defence of public media, closed by the “putinowski” model commissioned by Tusk, and on 11 January in Warsaw we will see their culmination in protest of the awakened nation. And Tusk had already begun the reset policy against Putin by canceling the Venice-planned exhibition on German-Russian crime and cooperation during planet War II. Does the post-Smolenian brotherhood of both gentlemen continue?
