An avalanche increase in the number of accidents on scooters. "Welcome to the chaotic West"

From the beginning of the year to 8 December, 1149 accidents involving people on electrical scooters occurred in Poland - almost twice as much as in the same period last year. There's almost twice as many victims, too. Police talk about "an alarming trend," experts - about legislative backwardness.
