Law on the deposit strategy to be thrown into the bin? Ministry of Climate: It is dangerous

The current law on the introduction of the deposit strategy from January 1 is dangerous and may lead to abuse, which is why it is crucial for its amendment to be adopted by the end of the year, Deputy Minister of Climate and Environment Anita Sowińska told journalists. The amendment besides provides for, among another things, the exclusion of milk packaging from the system.
