Electronic communications law. Public proceeding of controversial rules is ongoing

On Monday, 6 March a public proceeding is held on the government draft Law of Electronic Communications. The discussion is already taking place mainly around the alleged "Lex Pilot", but there are besides threads concerning, among others, the retention (retention) of data in the territory of Poland.
