Russian abroad Minister Sergei Lavrow ruled out in a CBS tv interview the surrender of control of the Zaporosian atomic Power Plant and announced that the issue of Russian control of Crimea is closed. However, he expressed appreciation for Donald Trump's administration for her peace efforts.
