Sergei Lavrow, Russian abroad minister, estimated that Donald Trump was motivated by pragmatism, and that his advisors, including Secretary of State Marco Rubio, were reasonable people. The jury referred to Trump's slogan "healthy sense", claiming that it meant a change of approach to global policy. "Trump behaves properly," stressed the head of Russian diplomacy.
