Sergei Lavrov, the Russian abroad Minister, assessed that Donald Trump is guided by pragmatism and that his advisers, including Secretary of State Marco Rubio, are reasonable people. Lavrov referred to Trump's slogan "common sense", saying that it means a change in approach to global politics. "Trump is behaving properly," the head of Russian diplomacy emphasized.
